She says success, is based on one’s mindset, experiences, and perception. Perhaps, in business the transformation she brings to her clients, the smile and confidence she sees on the faces of people who come to her makes her feel the essence of success. Rama regards motivation to be the reason for her to excel in life. The best motivation she gets is by seeing herself in the mirror and pampering herself, which keeps her positive no matter what the situation be. Enthusiasm comes from motivation which I believe is contagious. We spread our excitement to those around us. Rama Ravi says that she feels the self-worth, when people believe that she can bring a positive change in their lives. Any human being who wants to be happy and successful in life are her clients .

Rama Ravee Titti is a top trainer associated in changing and enhancing lives of many in the society. She has done her under graduate and post graduate studies in Commerce from Madras University and MBA in HR from Madras University. Her additional qualifications include the Regulation 8 Holder under CHA Regulation 2004 of Customs Act 1962. Rama possesses an extensive experience in public speaking, skill for adolescence youth empowerment workshops, women empowerment programs, motivational sessions, and counseling classes. She is a well trained Master NLP Practitioner, and has gathered skills in organizing individual and group workshops and possesses proven ability in innovating new trends to optimize resources for increasing profits in the corporate sector. Her mission is ‘Let the solution be from me and Let the problem be from anywhere. Rama has 14+ years of progressive experience within the Training and Educational Sector. She is running a play school, successfully for over 12 years. She has gained expertise in implementing new ways of organizing workshops in public speaking. She has defined QRG, roles and responsibilities for each operational group to improve company processes and strengthen communication channels. She has motivated staff to exceeding all expectations of all key parameters, established goals and objectives by developing effective incentives.

Navaneet Agency – Partner – 2002 to 2005: Established CFS in Chennai for ICBC Limited and ICD in Coimbatore for Chettinad Logistics Private Limited which is a part of the “MAM Ramaswamy Group”.Continental Warehousing Corporation Ltd – Manager Marketing: 1998 – 2000: The first Inland Container Depot with the railway siding developed with the alliance of Container Corporation of India in Northern India. This USD 6.5 Million project was completed in 2 years and later was acquired by Gateway Distriparks, Singapore. Rama also handled the Post production unit at LV Prasad Studios, Chennai in the period 1992-1993. She also joined the Lions Movement in 2009 holding the posts of Treasurer,Secretary and President of the Lions Club. At the District level she held the posts ofDC Women Empowerment, DC Personality Enhancement Program and DC Designate – Governor’s News Letter.
